Acupressure and Tui Na

Acupressure is an ancient art which balances the body’s “chi” or “qi” by applying gentle pressure to acupressure points along meridian pathways.
Acupressure is used to harmonize and balance the body’s energy and facilitate healing. It is beneficial for several physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
Tui Na is a healing method which incorporates stretching and various stroke techniques such as pushing, grasping, kneading, rolling/pressing and shaking in combinations with acupressure holds. These specific techniques help restore the realign the beneficial flow of chi through musculo-tendon and meridian channels allowing the body to heal naturally.
The maximum length of a session when booking Tui Na without combining it with Acupressure is 60min.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese alternative therapy developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings. Practitioners believe that channeling this energy through their hands can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing by balancing the body’s energy. During a session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or above the recipient’s body to direct the energy flow.
